Sharp pains

So the past 2 days I’ve been feeling sharp pains shooting from my lower stomach to my vagina. I know ppl talk about round ligament pain but I didn’t know it went down to your vagina? My uterus just kinda feels sore & a little achey.

I’ll be 14 weeks tomorrow & am having my 1st ultrasound tomorrow as well so I don’t wanna call my dr just yet. It’s not consistent it’s just every now & then. I’m taking it easy right now & about to nap.

Just kinda making sure others around this time of pregnancy might be feeling the same??
