Anxiety

Anyone else having severe anxiety about this virus with a newborn at home? My blood pressure spiked so i ended up back in the hospital (had to go through the emergency room, i wore a mask and gloves and didn’t touch anything, washed my hands and used hand sanitizer a million times while i’ve been here.. i’ve been back in L&D so isolated from corona patients) but im still SO paranoid about this. every little cough or any single symptom that could be COVID19, i start to panic. I just need some loving words and support right now. This is not good for my anxiety/depression. all i want to do is keep my son safe
