Anyone else's baby spit up sometimes?

He had reflux the first 4 months and then nothing but the past month probably he will randomly spit up just a little bit probably twice a week. He is breastfed along with solids and we still do purees once a day because he is a picky eater.

My baby had the worst reflux for so long in the early months. We do have random moments but I noticed it happens after I move her too quickly after breastfeeding. I had the discipline of holding her upright for 20-30 minutes since she was born but now that she’s more active or curious she wants to go play which means there’s not much time for the milk to settle. And it won’t come up right when I move her but if I move her to the floor (even sitting upright) right after she feeds and she starts moving to play then it happens like 10 minutes later.

Yes, our daughter was diagnosed with silent reflux and she still spits up a small amount occasionally- maybe once or twice every couple of weeks. Doctor has said it should resolve between 12-18 months as her system continues to mature.
