so after birth i got stitches and i can’t sit , pee or lay down without it hurting, anyone know about any sprays or medicine i can use for that

I had a third degree tear and cried for days in pain. I actually ended up going to the doctor and they gave me lidocaine gel and some antibiotics (in case the pain was from an infection). I was hoping for some pain pills but didn’t get. 
Twice a day bath with epsom salt. Lots of Tylenol and ibuprofen.

I bought a cushion that is meant for people suffering from piles...it's a donut cushion and the hole in the middle relieves so much pressure - I would definitely invest in one!
