When can you start wiping down there instead of pat drying?

When the pain is gone. But if you have stitches, take caution to wipe gently. I was able to wipe around 5 days pp. Have 4 stitches in 1st degree tears to my labia.

When it doesn’t hurt. Or if you have stitches, when they’re healed.
I pat dry for weeks after my first due to stitches.
Wiped immediately after my second, minor tear no stitches. No pain :)

when the pain isnt there , there is no time i can say sadly.  i still cant & im 11 days pp . hurts too much
