COVID19 1 YEAR OLD
I have been labeled essential in my line of work in retail. I have a 1 year old son, pretty good immune system I would think... he does get sick here and there. In the middle of the night he woke up a few times with a dry cough. He sneezes all the time but I know that doesn’t have connections. I rarely get sick, there are plenty of people who have the virus yet don’t show symptoms so I’m wondering if I may have potentially put him at risk and/or brought it home to him? I don’t know... I don’t want to take him to the Drs my Dr office his primary is not open to the public and is referring people the the hospital he was born at which is known to having a load of cases I’m scared to bring him to. Should I wait it out? If I call they basically make me use my judgment to come or not. You hear all these stories of random perfect health being life threatening cases...
& I AM NOT being paranoid I did not bulk crazy buy I did not quit my job in the process of thousands of cases in my state. Im trying to stay strong during this but it comes down to doing the BEST thing for my family. And my SON!! He’s just a baby. I wouldn’t be able to forgive myself for a minimum wage job risking during this time for my baby boy.
Just what would you do? Don’t tell me I’m dramatic I know a lot of personal people who have become very sick and/or passed away due to this virus. Thank you.
