CM what does this mean?

I currently have egg white creamy discharge/CM really noticeable on my underwear especially what does this indicate?? I’ve had it a week ago lasted a day or 2 then went away.Then again the exact same way about 3 days ago only lasted a day.And noticing it again tonight

You can’t have egg white and creamy cervical mucus, it’s one or the other. But it doesn’t mean anything, ewcm just means it’s fertile cm, creamy cm is non fertile

Your cycle will look something like this:
Period - not fertile
Dry - not fertile
Sticky - not likely fertile
Creamy - fertile
Eggwhite or Watery - most fertile (ovulation likely approaching)
Dry or Sticky - not fertile, ovulation is over
Period - not fertile
Some women will experience multiple “patches” of cervical fluid before finally ovulating, some will never be completely dry and will always have sticky. You should combine it with BBT to confirm when ovulation is happening and to help you chart fluid and bbt to help you find a pattern.
