Discharge!

So I started taking antibiotics on Wednesday for tonsillitis and it gave me really bad thrush. I had the cottage cheese discharge that had no odour. It’s now Saturday and the white cottage cheese discharge has completely gone and I now how watery white/yellow discharge with a foul smell! It’s smells like a mixture of cat food and fish and it’s bothering me but i can’t smell the odour unless I bring my nose closer to my crotch. It’s still itchy but not as bad and have been using the thrush cream. If anyone knows what this could be please let me know as I’m worried :(
