1 year old with fears????
I have a 1 year old daughter. She has been sleeping in her crib in her own room since she was 6 months. Recently when I try to put her to
Bed she cries in the crib if she doesn’t see me. So even though it’s dark I have to stand there until she falls asleep. Sometimes I could get away with rocking her and putting her in the crib once she’s asleep. Also she’s been waking up at 4-5 am screaming/crying. I give her a bottle she finishes it and continues crying. I told her pediatrician and he said she’s maybe teething her molars so he recommended I give her Motrin before bed to ease the pain. But now I’m starting to think she’s afraid of either the dark (her room is pretty well lit, she has a baby brezza machine in there and it has a pretty bright light ) or she’s afraid of being alone since she doesn’t see anyone. I was just wondering if she’s developing fears already or attachment issues. Any suggestions or advice on how we could help her would really help!
