need help

I think I’m in love with this guy but he has a girlfriend and they’re happy and I need to get over him. I’m not in a great place rn and it feels like I’m being stabbed in the chest. And I’ve been getting panic attacks I think. How do I get over him? Please help I need help ASAP thank you
