New girl started at my job a few months ago. She replaced a cool guy that raised morale at our workplace. When she started, she seemed nice... now that we are months into her starting at the company, I’ve noticed that the workplace has become a lot more..... drama filled. A lot more stressful.... a lot more... catty. A lot more....unbearable. Honestly. I’ve noticed that she’s made or is making all the other ladies catty. Or maybe she’s just revealing who they all are....

I chose not to engage in their conversations when they gossip about the male coworkers and about customers. I stay to myself.

Did I mention that she thinks she’s the manager or the founder of the company? She’s made slide comments about seeking to get our current manager out of his position by explaining him. By expose i mean exaggerate anything she doesn’t agree with. And constantly telling on him.

It is becoming quite unbearable. I’m starting to dread coming in to work.

I am not sure how to deal with this. Or how to even bring this up to management. I say nothing. I don’t engage. I mind my business. But... It’s all just very draining being in this environment. It’s taking a toll on me.
