How long until y’all think everything will open back up again?

Not asking about how long until you think the Coronavirus will go away. But like, jobs are gonna have to eventually open back up right? Most people in the US can’t go a year without working and getting money. Wouldn’t that kill more people than the Coronavirus would? Starvation, sicknesses, no access to healthcare bc your broke? Or am I wrong? I’m asking because someone told me she thought it would be about a year and a half until the Coronavirus started “going away” or having a vaccine developed because she read it online idk how true that is though. Wouldn’t that also cause mass riots? I know for us I would rather have an income and risk getting the Coronavirus and dying than to not have income and become homeless or starve to death...
