Can a c section open after 10 months???

Hey ladies I am 10 months pp. my csection took 3 months to heal and close up due to it re opening multiple times. My question is. Can a scar open up a bit after so long??? Noticed that it looked a little pink on a section of my scar. Hurts a little bit too.

Update: I finally got a picture. It doesn’t look like it’s opening. It’s just red on top of the scar? Could that be from sweat? Since I do have a fold. Talked to my doctor. She did to say it’s unlikely that it’ll open at this point. It could be from sweat or rubbing against clothing.
