healthy weight
so today is my first day of intermittent fasting and i worked out for 15-20 mins and i’m making a commitment to do this + drink only water every day. i started drinking only water since yesterday. today is day two of only water & day one of intermittent fasting. i’m 5’6” , 15 , almost 16 ... i weigh around 160 & want to get down to 130 ! hopefully i can achieve what i want. 15-20 mins of exercise seems like a small amount of time to me but it’s better than nothing , as the days go by , i’ll increase my workout time once i get used to this new routine :) . also i’ve been drinking green tea (without sugar or anything added) for about a little over a month now ... also helps to lose belly fat !
