I’m really hoping I’m not alone in this and it’s embarrassing for me to talk about.
Does anyone else struggle with post partum rage?
NOT hurting my baby or spouse! 
I’m just talking about the rage feeling.

Yes!!! I will never hurt my baby but I get SO frustrated when he won't go down. ☹️ I have to set him down and take out my frustration on something like the couch cushions, just squeezing them really hard. We should both probably talk to our doctors....

With my first I was absolutely much easier to anger, usually while nursing. Any little thing would annoy me - it lessened with time as my hormones evened out.

Actually, rage can be a big symptom of depression. My dad was awful when we were kids, always incredibly angry, but he started Zoloft when I was a teen and mellowed so much. I also get incredibly rage-y when I’m depressed, and also experienced it after having my second baby. Turns into a crazy cycle for me—I get angry for no reason then angry at myself for being angry, it sucks.

Yes. Omg, yes. I didnt even know it was a thing. I was hyper concerned about ppd, but I never even had this on my mind. It did go away by the time I went back to work, though, at 9 weeks.

I tend to enjoy it. I'm not bothered by it. But it does flare up, yes.

Yes. I take Zoloft now and I don’t experience rage anymore. I started taking it in Dec at 7 months pp.
