What are some good books to read? Any other ideas for self care?

I suffer from MAJOR anxiety and with everything going on it’s at its worst. I stay up all night on my phone as my anxiety is worse at night, which results in me being absolutely EXHAUSTED during the day. Which is bad because I have an 18 month old.

I used to do all these activities with him, but becayse I’m so tired I’ve just been putting on the tv. Which is bad, I know. I feel super guilty.

I figured maybe I should try reading a book. Do something for myself at night. Any ideas of books that are a good read? Personally I never really got into books, but thought I’d give it a chance!

If anyone has any other ideas of self care things I could do that would help :)
