How can I start eating better? I’m addicted to sugar
So I’m 100% convinced I’m addicted to sugar. If I don’t have at least one sugary item a day I get really bad headaches and I’m very irritable. I have depression and not eating sugar makes my depression a lot worse, but I’m overweight and I know it’s not good for me so I want to start eating cleaner and being healthier. Where can I start?
