18 days late, negative tests

SO any advice would be greatly appreciated. Backstory, this is my 5th negative pregnancy test, I do not want kids (ever. No I won’t change my mind) so this is good news but I am 18 days late? I spotted around a week before my period. Just for one day. Then I had bloody discharge about 2 days ago so at the 16th late day. Is there any way I’m pregnant? I’m going to get a blood test Monday but I’d like to stay as far away from health care facilities as possible because of covid-19. I’m in a state that has one abortion clinic and it’s not accessible to me. Not going to go into it but I really don’t have options
