Does my baby really need a swing?

I’m trying to put together my baby’s swing I’m having him April 20th and I’m so fed up with it the directions don’t make any sense I’m about to just give up and sell it... I have nobody to help me put it together because I’m a single mom 😓 I feel bad bc it was given to me but I literally cannot figure out how to put it together I’ve tried reading the manual over and over again and I just can’t 😭😭 I feel so stupid
