Has anyone had anything similar?

Period is late but so far negative tests. I’m having major headaches, a lot of milky / yellow discharge and cramps in the lower abdomen but also cramping in my side like a pinching feeling. My boobs have started aching slightly and they’ve started coming up with blue veins. So for the TMI photo!
