Baby #2

My wife and I currently have a soon to be 11 month old son. My wife carried him. He was conceived via IUI with clomid on the first try. We started the fertility testing for baby #2. This time I will be carrying. The results from my HSG test showed that my right tube is blocked on the furthest end so it can’t be cleared. My doctor asked if I have painful periods. I told her yes so now I’m scheduled for a pelvic ultrasound to see what my tube is blocked with. I will have a phone appointment with her on the 20th to go over those results. She did tell us to buy more vials of sperm because this could take multiple tries. We were given the option to only inseminate when the egg is coming from my good side or we can do IVF. I am going to choose to do IUI from my good side. But my question to her is going to be whether I should use clomid or injections. I want my odds to be better because we called the sperm bank and there is 22 vials left of our donor but they have to distribute them among 8 families (since his vials are for siblings only now). We have two vials currently and we can buy two more. So I need to have baby #2 in 4 tries. Since it’s important for us to have our children have at least shared DNA from the donor. I’m trying not to feel defeated already because I strongly believe the energy you put out is what you get back. But I can’t help but feel a little worried that my journey is going to be difficult.
