Kinda gross ☠
It's really gross and painful when the whole uterus wall sheds in big chunks. Does that happen to some people? Times like these when I am so glad we have modern medicine! It's hard to not indulge in sweets too! Healthy lifestyles are so hard to continue sometimes(:
