I give up. I feel like I barely sleep at this point! It's usually 2 or 3am and I'm wide awake. I can't get comfortable, and my thoughts are racing. Sometimes I have to pee but even after I try and lay back down I'm awake and can't go back to sleep. It's awful! Is there anything I can do to help myself sleep? I've been moving to the couch or spare bedroom because I feel bad for my husband because I'm tossing and turning so much. I usually end up taking a nap at some point during the day but it's not long enough to make up for the sleep I'm losing at night. I'm exhausted and very crabby 😣 I just wish I could get a full night's sleep. Seeing as those nights are about to be gone for a while once little man is here!
