Glooowwwwww ladies. Please tell me I’m not the only one who have the booty hole cramps while on my cycle.??!!!! This shit hurts worse than the actual uterine cramps. Like wtffff!!! I been clenching my ass cheeks together all damn day this crap hurts so bad😭😭 please tell me there is SOMETHING I can do to ease this pain. They have never been this bad idk what’s going on. 😭😭
