Telehealth Consultation

Hello everyone! According to this app, I am now 6 weeks and 1 day. I made my first appointment for my OBGYN on April 23rd which is they said they wanted to see me when I’m 8 weeks. I was hoping I could hear the heartbeat of my baby that day and make sure everything is going well. Unfortunately, due to this COVID crisis, my appointment was now scheduled as Video visit only. I’m just wondering and worried at the same time since it’s my first time to visit and to confirm my pregnancy, it will just be a video w/ my OB. Anyone have gone through this before? Are they gonna send you to do a transvaginal ultrasound and bloodworks as outpatient the same day? or did they set you up another office visit afterwards and how soon? Thank you! 💗
