Opk tests HELP!
I have just started using OPK this month and was testing every other day like it said and got all negative then I accidentally missed a 3 days.... should I keep testing until AF to make sure I didn’t ovulate late or that I didn’t miss it or wait and start over next month? These are very confusing... I didn’t want to use them but my dr wanted me to so we could see if I was ovulating at all.
