Cross posting- I am 7 weeks 3 days today. I had very mild cramps this afternoon. Tonight when I wiped I had a few red tiny tissue spots, some pinkness and then in my undies brownish discharge. A second wipe about 20 minutes later showed brown. I called my midwife, I am having a home birth. She said to wait it out instead of heading to get an HCG test at the office to avoid being in a medical environment with Covid. I’ve never had a misscarriage before. This is my 3rd pregnancy but first naturally. Have any of you experienced this before and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? Of course all kinds of thoughts are running through my head. Did I misscarry, did I misscarry a twin, is it ectopic, did it just stop growing, am I fine? I still have other normal pregnancy symptoms although the nausea has dissipated slightly.
