Me exactly. I try to walk and do home workouts but I feel like I’ve lost all muscle mass since not being able to weight lift or run like I had before pregnancy. Maybe we should give ourselves a little grace and just do the best we can. No point in feeling guilty for growing another human being! We’re trying our best.

My feet are so sore all the time, that it makes me not want to.  I know I need to though.

Yeah, I usually work out 5 times a week and have a gym in my garage but I’ve been so ill. I can’t wait until this sickness goes so I can start again 😭

I agree. It comes in waves for me and I feel so lazy. But I've been super tired the last month or so. Now that the gyms are closed, it's worse! At least I was going to the gym a month ago....it sucks! Being pregnant now is scary tho.
