I’ve had a Merina IUD inserted in November of 2015 but over the past couple weeks I’ve been extra fatigued, nauseous with occasional vomiting, and I’ve had headaches. As well, for the first time after three years without a period, I was spotting brown/pinkish blood. I can still feel the IUD strings, but out of an abundance of caution I took a test. Within the first few minutes it appeared to be negative and I tossed it into my purse after seeing the expected result. However about 45 minutes later I removed it from my purse to see this?

The instructions state that after ten minutes the test is no longer accurate. I’ve read about evaporation lines as well as indent lines. I will buy another test in the morning to be sure. Just looking for thoughts and opinions to ease my mind while I wait.
