To those with separation anxiety

Hey everyone,

I know it might be a though time with the separation of you and your partner because of travel restrictions.

But you know you can stay strong and fight through it!

Things to do that may help is:

1) Start a hobby that you don’t do with your partner (ie painting, cooking)

2) Have quick good byes

3) Don’t prolong your time, if it’s almost good bye, make sure you say it and set you mind it it
