Anyone else have any issues controlling their bladder after birth?

I have been full on peeing myself every single day since birth (6 days ago) and was worried about a prolapsed bladder so I saw my OB yesterday. She said she doesn’t think it’s prolapsed, but that baby might have elbowed my bladder and damaged the nerves while pushing. She told me to do kegals and if it’s still this bad in 3 weeks then we can look into other options or see what’s really happening in there since she can’t put any fingers inside of me currently to check deeper.

I have little to no feeling in my bladder though and I’m wearing a diaper + 2 pads still because I’m peeing myself so much 😭
