Help with my lobe piercing?!

Hello all! Hope everyone is safe. I got my third hole pierced in November I think? Can’t remember exactly when.

Anyways my right ear has this large lump right where the piercing is. I try and express it so see if anything will come out but nothing will.

I know I need to be keeping it clean and everything but I mostly am wondering if I should keep the earring in? Or keep it out while I wait for this to go away? Just don’t want the hole to close. My left ear has the same bump but it’s SUPER small, especially in comparison.
