Would you have sex on your period?

I was watching Married at First Sight when a woman mentioned that its okay to have sex while on your period. I personally find it weird, but my friend said its normal to do it. What are your thoughts?

Before I got pregnant we’d do it on my period all the time. Doesn’t matter to us. A lot of the time it actually helps with cramps too.

Yeah. Period sex is good for cramps and sometimes lessens my flow, altogether. Sex is already gross. Semen, vagina fluids, and lubricants are already involved. A little blood shouldn’t deter you if you’ve got all that going on.
