Is BMI Bullshit?

According to my height and age (5’4” and 22 years old) I’m supposed to be 120-129 lbs, that last time I was that weight being this height I was in middle school with an eating disorder. I’m currently 200-210lbs, I know it’s not a good weight and I’m working out and eating healthy currently to get to a better weight. But I feel like trying to get to 120lbs is bullshit; I’ve always had a slight hourglass figure, my breast are naturally E cups (ever before I gained weight they were this big), and I have a big butt and big thigh which I like especially now that they’re slowly toning up. Anyone have an insight on BMI and if it’s legit or not?
