I don’t know what to do and I’m scared.

Started three days ago, with back pain.. mid to lower back.. then I started getting intense cramping in all of my lower abdomen. It is now hard for me to stand or walk around without being in immense pain. pregnancy tests are coming back negative and I’m not bleeding or spotting at all. I’m due any day for my period. I’ve never been in this kind of pain except for labor or miscarrying.. but like I said I’m not bleeding. I do feel bloated maybe even a slight lump in my belly, uterus area. I’m really trying to avoid hospitals with this virus going around but this pain is becoming unbearable... constantly laying down but still cannot seem to get comfortable... anything will help because I don’t know what’s wrong with me...
