Maybe a dumb question
So this might be really dumb but I thought of this today say your body released 2 eggs during ovulation and both get fertilized and one implants successfully and the other doesn’t implant all the way or at all will the pregnancy for the other fail would you get a period so your body can get rid of the part of the uterus where the egg failed to implant all the way? What would happen?
