For those of you who have had ultrasounds recently, has your partner been allowed to be part of the appointment?

Nope. Im in the uk. My 36+3 growth scan was 2 days ago and my husband wasn’t even allowed in the building with me. He dropped me off, went and did the shopping cause we still can’t get any online delivery slots, and came and got me/ met me outside after. 
I feel sad that he can’t see our son, but it’s fair enough with what’s going on. I make sure I get a printed report from the scan to show him, and obviously depending on position if they can give me a picture too. We also have a sonoline b doppler at home - don’t use it instead of seeking medical advice, but it’s nice he can at least hear our son’s heartbeat if nothing else that way. 
Another thing I try and do is send him a WhatsApp straight away after the scan with everything extra to the report that was seen/ said etc so I don’t forget later. 
For example, last time, when the sonographer was measuring my boy’s femur bones. My son is head down, so the view was very clear that I had on the screen of a little ↖️ shape and then a couple of little jet-streams shooting out from it. My husband thought it was hilarious that I’d caught our son peeing on the screen 😂 - definitely wasn’t included on the report!

On March 23rd my bf was allowed to come with and in the room with me. I have another infrasound on the 22nd so I’m hoping they let him come to that one as well.

Had one April 8th in St Louis.  Appointments are spaced out and no visitors allowed.  They also ask you at the hospital door if you have any symptoms, check you for fever, and have you sanitize your hands.

My doctor isn’t allowing any visitors for appointments. L&D is only allowing one person of support at the moment and they are not allowed to leave or swap out with others.

i live in california, usa . got a call this morning to remind me of my appt tomorrow and also reminded that i cant bring anybody with me. not my husband and not my mil. it sucks but it is what it is

My doctors office isn't allowing my husband there for my ultrasound, but he can be there for my regular appointments.

Just got an email from my doctors that I have to come alone to all of my appointments including ultrasound.

Had an ultrasound April 9th and today and my SO wasn’t allowed. Also at my regular appointments... 😕

No but UK in on full lockdown so they won’t be for a long time here unfortunately
