Need opinions

So my last period was feb 15-22. I have never missed a period before. We have been trying for a baby so when I missed March I took a test every day and all of them were negative. So I call the dr and she said she did not want me to come in due to high risk of covid 19 so she prescribed me medroxyprogesterone substituted for provera. She sent 10 and told me if I do bleed then it was just a missed cycle and if I don’t then I am pregnant. I am now on day 9 of these pills it is April 9th and I have not bled it all. But I am still showing negative on all tests and I have tried several different kinds and brands. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this or has any opinions? If I am this will be my first pregnancy, I am nausea but have not thrown up, back and breast pain and feeling hungry all the time. But honestly most of these are normal for my period so I’m not sure what to think. Please comment your thoughts I’m anxious! 💜
