Like I’m super confused can someone who is a tech tell me how it’s possible for it to be super thick and now be super small like last time she told me I was measuring at 8mm and today she says I’m measuring at 6.5mm like how is that possible

2weeks ago I’m supposed to be 6 weeks by now atleast
But I don’t see anything unless I’m just not looking and the thing that I am looking at is what it is
