25 weeks and super uncomfortable 😖

Im 25 weeks with my 3rd child and im pretty sure he is back to back! My lower back is so sore and its radiating down my thighs, think im starting to get spd aswell! I feel so huge i cant believe im only 25 weeks! I feel like i should be 35 weeks! Anyone else super uncomfortable??
