BV or period blood?

I’m on birth control and my periods are getting lighter- 3 days this month. On Monday, I noticed a weird smell, had weird yellowish discharge so I called gynecologist. She prescribed me some yeast infection pills bc I described some itchiness. A couple hours later, AF came. Now that my period is over, I still have a very odd, slight smell. It isn’t my usual odor.

Is this old period blood or BV? I honestly can’t describe the smell, but it doesn’t really smell like fish. I’ve never had BV before so idk. Just looking for opinions and if it is worth going to the hospital for a test or just wait it out and see if it goes away I guess?
