Any moms had their first babys shoulders get stuck?

Today I’m 36 weeks and my doctor brought up that since my first sons shoulders got stuck during delivery, there’s a 25% chance this one could too. It was not a dramatic experience at all and he has no effects from it. Also this baby is projected (I know it’s not exact) to be just about half a pound bigger. It seems my options are:

1. Planned C section

2. Induce a little earlier, like 39 weeks

3. Hope for the best

I really don’t want to be scared into a c section because I do NOT want one but then I think....would it be the safer option for my baby? Any advice? What would you do?
