Severe Period Cramps
Hi ladies! Over the past 3 months my period cramps have been worse than ever. They have caused me to call off/leave work and school due to the severity of the pain. Nothing helps the cramps anymore unless I elevate my legs and lay down but, it still kills me to have to deal with them. Anyone experiencing this too or have any help or tips on how I should handle it? 🥺
