I might be pregnant

So my husband and I ha e been trying for about 5 months now and I should have started my period already on the 5th....I’m never late.... I haven’t taken a test yet because I’m waiting the full 7 days... but I’m having cramping only on my left side, my mouth is super watery... idk if that’s normal and I’m having to pee all the time.. I get waves of nausea but nothing crazy.... was wondering what we’re your symptoms and how long did you guys wait to test?
