I just need to vent 😩

**ive never tracked ovulation, and my cycles range from 26 days- 34 days so I’m never overly sure when they’ll start.

About a month and a half ago I met this guy. This were great, we constantly saw each other. We were always laughing and getting along. So we had sex a month ago literally 32 days ago. Stupid me, we had sex without a condom and he finished in me. YES I KNOW HUGE MISTAKE AND I HONESTLY DONT KNOW WHAT I WAS THINKING AND KARMA BIT ME HARD ALREADY. After I went home we legit never talked again... he blocked me on all social media, and refused to answer my texts. Okay whatever. Fast forward to March 30th, I started having weird lower right abdominal cramping, April 1st started thick pasty white discharge, April 3rd it started turning yellow. I took a pregnancy test on April 4th. Negative. Fast forward to April 7th, another negative pregnancy test. I had a telemed appointment with my doctor and she came to the conclusion that he gave me an STI (told you karma bit me in the ass fucking hard) so starting in the 7th I took 2 azithromycin tablets, and then I’m on metronidazole vaginal gel for 5 days, and doxycycline 2 times a day for like 10 days. Starting April 9th I started getting extremely nauseous, and vomiting. Yesterday I noticed that my breasts were swollen, and now today they are kind of tender. And since March 30th the lower right abdominal cramping has yet to stop.

So today’s the 11th, I can’t tell you when I ovulated but I have serious doubts I’m pregnant because I’m on the nexplanon birth control. I’ve had cramping for 13 days now, discharge, nausea/vomiting, and now swollen tender breasts. All of which are pretty common early pregnancy symptoms. But I just can’t stop the stressing of WHAT IF I’m that .1% that gets pregnant on the nexplanon. I don’t want to be pregnant and I think that’s why I’m going INSANE.

32 days would have definitely given me a positive result by now if I was pregnant...right? Could it just be my medicine? If I don’t start my period within the next week what should I do? Any and all advise or opinions are welcome. Just give me something.
