37 weeks braxton Hicks ?

I’ve been getting braxton Hicks all day. 2-3 minutes apart then they seem to subside or I don’t notice them (if I’m up moving around) they are uncomfortable but not painful. I have some period like cramps as well... but that’s also been the past few days. Is this normal? I am hydrated I drink a ton of water....

I get BH very frequently, every few minutes when I’m sitting / laying down. They said I have an active uterus so it just contracts a lot but they said it’s good as it’s toning the uterus. The shouldn’t be painful but they definitely do take your breath away with how hard it contracts sometimes! Hope the helps x

Sounds like a little more than Braxton to me. The fact that it's consistent and every couple minutes I wonder if it's labour. My Braxton hicks go away completely and there's no pattern. Last night I had them every 10-30 minutes and after about an hour and a half they stopped completely. Call your practitioner and see what they think?
