Is this sign of labor being close??

Okay so this might get a bit TMI here sorry. I’m 38 weeks 2 days along with my second baby but I was induced with my first so I’m still a little inexperienced.

I’ve been getting the lightning crotch shooting pains for like a week now but the past 2 days it’s been much more frequent and more painful. I was dilated to a 1 on Friday and after that the zinging pain comes like every hour at least.

I feel like I need to poop. Like all the time. I’ve had a little bit of diarrhea but I feel like I have something big in need of coming through if you know what I mean.

I’ve been having what almost feels like hot flashes the past few hours. I just get really warm for 10 minutes or so.

And the nausea is back! I had really bad nausea during the first half of my pregnancy but I’ve been feeling better (unless I ate red sauce) till today.

Does any of this sound like anything significant or is it all just part of the joys of the late third trimester?
