My Workout tip
So today makes 4 days since I started working out and tryn to eat a little better ( I cheated yesterday had 3 double cheeseburger from McDonald's 😶 lol) I been doing rockin body and piyo both are Beachbody workouts.
Today I decided to play some upbeat music I like in the background as I did rockin body. I worked out even harder with the music I liked on and it felt more like dancing then it did working out.
So next time you workout try playing the music you like in the background it's more fun and gets you more motivated.😊
