Bleeding at 37w5d

I posted a couple of days ago that I lost my mucus plus. Some blood stain only when I wipe but it went away. Today, it started in the morning that when I wiped after I peed theres blood stain again I was so scared cause I was shaking so we headed out to L&D then my blood stain became bleeding with clots and baby has decreased it movements, so they check my cervix and if my water broke already. But water didnt and I was 4cm dilated and 70% efface but also bleeding a bit like period like. Waited for 2hrs if there's a progress but heck no, it stayed up in 4cm. My contraction is all over the place until now, having a hard time walking and all but still they sent me home. For any moms out there that already have children how many days or house after your bleeding came in that you've had your baby? Im a FTM. Advice will be much appreciate! Thank u
