Baby J is here

Was schedule for an induction tonight at 8, water broke at 3:30a yesterday and had meconium in it so we came in right away to be monitored. Labored naturally until 10p, had horrible back labor with contractions coming one right after the next, basically lasting 5 minutes. Cervix was starting to swell and stopped dilating so we opted for an epidural. Did that with pitocin to get things going again and then had our little man at 4:15a today. Almost 24 hours from when we arrived at the hospital. 7 lbs 12 oz 21 in with a 13.75 in head!
